Return & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their oral care product purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original brand-new condition with all original packaging, tags, protective wrapping, and included accessories intact. Eligible items include mouthwash and dental floss—customized items, final sale products, and items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Notably, mouthwash that has been used, opened, or poured, and dental floss that has been used, unwound, or damaged, are non-returnable. To initiate a return or exchange, submit a formal request through our website’s online portal, including your order number, full purchase details, and a clear reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we shipped an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely repackaging the item in its original carton to avoid damage during return transit; any damage occurring during return shipping will make the item ineligible for a refund or exchange. Once we receive and thoroughly inspect the returned item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is finalized. Please note that additional processing time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s internal policies. For exchanges, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for different sizes or styles; we recommend initiating a return for store credit and using the credit to place a new order.
